Yes weight loss is 80% what you eat. You will still lose weight just by following the meal plan.
I need to lose 30 pounds. How long will it take?
My clients usually lose 16-25 pounds the first 4 weeks, 50 in 12 weeks and 100 in 8 months.
Depending on how well you follow the plans you should lose 30 within 8 weeks.
I just want to lose my stomach. Is that possible?
I teach you what to eat to lose your stomach. Check out the client result pics. Everyone loses in there waistline.
Do I have to pay for each challenge or is it a one time fee?
You pay for each challenge you do. You decide and pay as you go. You can refer friends to reduce your cost. I recommend that you stay in it until your goal weight is reached or your close to it.
